One primary website with up to 100 web pages, world knowledge enrichment and one supported document upload. Shared Community AI usage is funded by KnowScapes within usage limits. You do not need a customer AI-provider connection.

Community has no dynamic document connections or scheduled document updates. Updates to the same uploaded document are allowed without consuming another document slot.

Add up to 100 distinct processed documents with static uploads and manual updates. Use a supported customer-funded AI provider. Subscription fees and external-provider charges are separate.

Add up to 250 distinct processed documents, uploads and enabled document connections. Scheduled weekly source checks process new or changed content. Use a supported customer-funded AI provider.

Add up to 500 distinct processed documents and scheduled daily source checks. Choose supported worldwide or EU processing configurations, or internal processing on KnowScapes-operated infrastructure in Germany.

External-provider charges remain separate. Internal processing is subject to allowances; unlimited AI usage is not included. Personal workload content requires Enterprise internal Germany mode and the applicable data processing agreement.

Understand processing choices.

The allowance is the cumulative count of distinct processed documents per Knowledge Base. Updating the same document does not add another slot. Source deletion does not release a slot. Counts do not reset monthly. A connection itself uses no document slot, and primary-website pages are counted separately.

Community's upload must be under 50 MB. Paid-plan files have a maximum size of 50 MB. All files must also contain no more than 500,000 extracted characters, including spaces. Both limits apply; unsupported files cannot be accepted.

These allowances do not mean that original files are retained. KnowScapes retains learned knowledge in the graph, and individual document contributions cannot be selectively deleted.

AI use and ingestion are bounded. Document capacity is not a promise of unlimited answering, unlimited connections or unlimited website processing. Paid-plan website page and size limits, connection-count limits and numeric processing allowances must be confirmed in the applicable offer before ordering.

When a periodic KnowScapes-funded answering allowance is exhausted, answering under that allowance stops until the next period; settings, agents and keys remain. Document-capacity limits are separate and do not renew each period.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period: one month for monthly subscriptions and twelve months for annual subscriptions, unless cancelled before the current period ends. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of that period and does not shorten an annual term.

The plan version agreed when you order applies to your contract. The applicable terms, service description and complete operational allowances must be available before you commit to an order.
