Your knowledge. Connected to where you work.

Connect your existing document storage and keep your Expert current through scheduled updates. Business checks connected sources weekly. Enterprise checks them daily. Only new or changed content is reprocessed.

Connection availability is subject to enabled, configured and tested account options.

Plan schedules are source checks. Processing completion depends on access, volume and processing time.

Use the document storage you already maintain

Connected Knowledge lets an Expert learn from documents in an enabled and configured source connection. You continue maintaining the original files in that source. KnowScapes processes the relevant new or changed content into its knowledge representation.

The original source repository remains separate from the Knowledge Base. This is scheduled intake, not a live mirror of every source file.

Connection options

  • Google Drive
  • Microsoft OneDrive
  • SharePoint document libraries
  • Dropbox
  • Nextcloud
  • SFTP

Availability depends on which connections are enabled, configured and tested for your account. Confirm your source with us before relying on it.

Additional cloud-storage and server options may include the following, subject to the same availability checks.

  • Box
  • ownCloud
  • WebDAV
  • Amazon S3 and compatible object storage

SharePoint means document-library access. It does not mean access to all SharePoint lists, site pages or Microsoft Teams chats. Source authorization and Knowledge Base access are separate; source permissions are not automatically inherited in full.

Checks detect new or changed content. Unchanged documents are skipped. Source access, file volume and processing time affect when updated knowledge becomes usable. These schedules do not imply real-time synchronization or an update-completion SLA.

Capacity counts documents, not connections

A newly processed distinct file consumes one additional-document slot. Updating the same document does not consume another slot. A connected folder with 80 newly processed files uses 80 slots; the connection itself uses none.

Counts are cumulative for the Knowledge Base and do not reset each month. Deleting a file or disconnecting a source does not release capacity. Connection-count limits are separate from document capacity.

Changes and deletion have different effects

Updating a document replaces or extends learned knowledge; it does not guarantee the erasure of every earlier fact. Removing a source file does not remove its learned knowledge from the graph.

Individual document contributions cannot be selectively deleted. To remove the Knowledge Base's learned knowledge, the Account Owner must delete the entire Knowledge Base.

Understand processing and deletion.

Apply the right content boundary

Use non-personal documents for external AI configurations. Personal workload content is permitted only with Enterprise internal Germany processing and the applicable data processing agreement. The same rule applies to connected sources, prompts and retrieved context.
