Starting and choosing a plan
An Expert is a configured KnowScapes agent that answers questions using its selected knowledge sources. World knowledge can add wider context within the chosen processing boundary.
The current trial selects up to ten public pages and provides a temporary playground for seven days once ready. Community is the free plan: one primary website with up to 100 pages, one supported static document upload and bounded shared AI funded by KnowScapes.
Not for Community. Professional and Business use customer-funded supported providers. Enterprise adds supported provider and processing-region choices, including internal Germany processing. External-provider charges are separate from the subscription.
Broader model knowledge can complement your configured sources. It does not mean a guaranteed live-web search, current legal database or verified authoritative answer. Availability and handling remain subject to the processing boundary.
Yes. KnowScapes is offered exclusively to businesses. Paid prices are net plus applicable statutory VAT.
Documents and updates
No. The primary website is separate from the additional-document allowance. Community allows up to 100 pages on its primary website. Paid-plan page and size allowances must be confirmed in the applicable offer.
No. Distinct processed documents are counted cumulatively per Knowledge Base. New documents count once. Updating the same document does not add a slot, and source deletion does not release one.
Community's supported upload must be under 50 MB. Paid-plan files may be up to 50 MB. Every file must also stay within 500,000 extracted characters, including spaces. File type support and both limits apply.
No. Business checks enabled sources weekly and Enterprise daily. Only new or changed content is reprocessed. Access, volume and processing time affect completion. Community and Professional do not include scheduled document connections.
The primary options are Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint document libraries, Dropbox, Nextcloud and SFTP, subject to enabled, configured and tested connections for your account. Confirm availability before relying on a named connection. SharePoint scope does not include all lists, site pages or Teams chats.
Processing and retained knowledge
Personal workload content is permitted only in Enterprise internal Germany processing without external AI processors and with the applicable data processing agreement. Community and all external AI configurations require non-personal workload content. Account and billing data are treated separately.
An external EU AI configuration does not remove the non-personal-content restriction. Personal workloads require Enterprise internal Germany processing for both ingestion and inference.
Original files are processed and are not retained as stored source documents. Learned knowledge remains in the Knowledge Graph. Original files held in a connected source stay under your arrangements with that source provider.
The learned knowledge remains, and its document slot remains counted. Individual contributions cannot be selectively removed. The Account Owner must delete the entire Knowledge Base to remove its active learned knowledge; backup expiry follows the regular cycle.
No such guarantee is made. An update replaces or extends the existing graph; it does not guarantee selective removal of every earlier fact.
Service scope and commercial terms
No. Replies can be wrong or incomplete. Check important answers against current sources. The service does not promise a particular response time or factual accuracy of individual replies.
The annual fee is payable upfront and saves 20% against twelve monthly payments. The displayed monthly equivalent is for comparison. Annual subscriptions renew for twelve months unless cancelled before the current period ends.
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. It does not shorten an annual term. Monthly subscriptions renew for one month unless cancelled before the period ends.
No role-based team access, multiple-user accounts or organizational execution policies are included in the current commercial offering. A knowledge marketplace is not a current service entitlement.
Universal export and zero-effort migration are not established capabilities. KnowScapes is designed for reuse across supported models and applications; model choice and leaving the platform are different questions.
