The service interface
KnowScapes provides an interface for configuring agents, called Experts, and their knowledge sources. The public Website Expert flow offers a focused website evaluation before a larger configuration.
WordPress
The service description documents the KnowScapes AI Client WordPress plugin. It sends requests from your WordPress server to KnowScapes and can include configured context from the published page a visitor is reading.
Through that plugin, visitor IP addresses, browser metadata and cookies are not passed to KnowScapes as visitor metadata. Message text and page context remain workload inputs and must follow the selected content boundary. Do not read this as a blanket privacy claim for every client or every deployment.
The plugin is free software under the GPL and separate from the service subscription. Confirm the current plugin distribution and setup instructions before installation.

Each service API key is bound to exactly one agent. OpenAI compatibility supports existing client integration patterns; check the parameters and features your client requires. Compatibility is not a claim that every OpenAI API feature is implemented.
Keep the service API key on your server or another trusted backend. Do not embed it in publicly downloadable HTML or browser JavaScript.
Model provider access and service access are different
A KnowScapes service API key selects access to an Expert. A customer model-provider API key supplies access to the supported external AI provider configured for that Expert. They are different credentials and have different purposes.
Community does not require customer model-provider access. Professional and Business use supported customer-funded providers. Enterprise adds supported processing-region choices and internal Germany processing.
More outlets are a design direction
Shopify, office applications and browser experiences are outlet directions. This page does not claim that all corresponding plugins, marketplace listings or integrations are released today.
Ask us to confirm the currently supported setup for your application. Connected document storage is an intake capability; it is not evidence of a ready-made application plugin.
Reuse with clear limits
KnowScapes is designed to separate knowledge from supported models and applications. That makes reuse a product direction worth evaluating in your workflow. It does not establish universal export, zero migration effort or role-based team access in current subscriptions.
