Confirm the plan and allowances shown in your account before adding content. Account creation is not a paid order, and the trial is not a promise of automatic transfer into a permanent Knowledge Base.
Choose a paid plan when the need is clear
Professional adds capacity for static documentation. Business adds enabled document connections and weekly checks. Enterprise adds daily checks and supported processing choices, including internal Germany processing.
Professional and Business require customer-funded supported AI. Confirm operational allowances, the applicable plan version, terms and payment flow before placing an order.
Confirm personal-data processing before upload
Do not submit personal workload content to Community or an external AI configuration. If your material contains personal data, discuss Enterprise internal Germany processing and the applicable data processing agreement before submitting it.
Prepare a useful first test
- Use a source you are authorized to submit.
- Check that the content is appropriate to the selected processing mode.
- Choose a small set of real questions with answers you can verify.
- Include questions the source does not answer, to test uncertainty.
- Keep the original documents in your own source repository.
Evaluate answer usefulness before increasing capacity. Remember that learned knowledge is retained in the graph and individual document contributions cannot be selectively deleted.
