From your sources to a useful answer.

Choose relevant sources, configure an Expert and test it with real questions. Add scheduled document connections or a different processing boundary when your requirements grow.

Start with public, non-personal content.

Five steps

  1. 1

    Start with a clear purpose

Choose the question your Expert should help answer: understanding your services, explaining a product or navigating published documentation. A focused purpose makes the result easier to evaluate.

For a quick evaluation, the current Website Expert trial selects up to ten relevant public pages and prepares a temporary playground available for seven days once ready.

    Try your website.

  2. 2

Add knowledge you are entitled to use

Every approved plan includes one primary website. Community allows up to 100 pages on that website plus one supported document upload. Paid plans add capacity for 100, 250 or 500 distinct processed documents.

Website pages do not consume the additional-document allowance. Use supported files and respect both the file-size and extracted-text limits. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content for processing.

  3. 3

    Configure the Expert and processing

The Expert answers using its configured knowledge sources. World knowledge adds broader context within the selected processing boundary.

Community uses bounded shared AI processing funded by KnowScapes. Professional and Business use customer-funded supported providers. Enterprise adds supported provider and processing-region choices, including internal Germany processing.

Use non-personal workload content in Community and all external AI configurations. Personal content requires Enterprise internal Germany processing for both ingestion and inference.

  4. 4

    Ask, check and refine

Test the questions your audience actually asks, including questions that cannot be answered from your material. Compare replies with your current sources and check whether uncertainty is handled appropriately.

AI replies can be wrong or incomplete. Source-grounded answers still need review where a mistake would matter. The service does not promise factual correctness or a particular response time.

  5. 5

    Keep relevant document sources current

Community and Professional use static uploads, which can be manually updated. Business checks enabled connected sources weekly. Enterprise checks them daily. Only new or changed content is reprocessed; a scheduled check is not an immediate completion guarantee.

These schedules describe document connections, not a promised website recrawl schedule.

Understand the knowledge lifecycle

Original files are processed and are not retained as stored source documents. The resulting knowledge remains in the Knowledge Graph. Removing a file or disconnecting its source does not remove already learned knowledge.

Individual document contributions cannot be selectively deleted. The Account Owner can delete the entire Knowledge Base. Updating a file does not guarantee that every earlier fact is erased.
